How do I check if my container is being traced in the Envase TMS?

There are two ways to see if a container is being traced:
 

• In the order and dispatched lists, there is a column for Traced by Envase Trace that will be populated with Yes for all containers that are actively being traced
• Inside the order details, there will be a new tab for Envase Trace that will show the history of the data being received from the provider. *The trace data runs on a scheduler every 15 minutes to determine if it needs to trace containers again
