      How do I initiate a trace request in the Envase TMS?

      The Envase TMS will automatically send a trace request to the provider given the following:
      • The order is an Import
      • The container number has been filled in on the Equipment tab
      • The first leg has an event of Hook, Pickup, or Mount
      • The location on the first event has a provider mapped to it
