How do I use the different tools in my account menu?

Click on the avatar in the top left part of your screen to navigate to the main menu for your account. Here you will see many options. Here’s what each one means!
 
  • Driver Information:
    • You can save your driver’s license, insurance card, and medical id card here. You will see the option to “tap to upload” or a camera icon to take a new photo.
    • You can also set your preferences for loads, industry endorsements you hold (like “HAZMAT”), add other qualifications you hold, and even integrate Envase Mobile into your GeoTab account.

  • Available Loads
    • You will see detailed information on your loads here.
    • Filter:  Narrow down the options by filtering the loads by date. Click “Filter” and select what you’d like to see.
    • Stats:  Get a glimpse of your week with the “Stats” button. You can see:
      • the number of loads,
      • total distance you’ve driven,
      • how much you’ve earned this week so far,
      • the number of documents you’ve collected digitally, and
      • the percentage of documents that are complete.
    • Documents: you can easily click the document icon in the lower left corner to see the documents from this week. You will be able to see the status of each document and whether there are errors on this page.
    • Chat: chat with dispatch with a click – there is a chat icon in the lower right corner to make it easier than ever to communicate with the office.

  • Settlements
    • The settlements reporting in Envase Mobile makes it simple to see settlements and statuses.
    • View by Date: select one of the top tabs in the app to filter Settlements By Date. View “Today’s”, “Yesterday”, or select a date range with “Custom”
    • Scroll or Search: You can scroll down to view all settlements or quickly Search by load number, container number, or company in the middle of the screen.
    • Status” you can quickly see the status of a settlement at the bottom of each load #. You will even be able to see the date submitted and the date approved when you click each load.
  • Docs and Attachments:
    • You can see your docs throughout different areas of the app. The Docs and Attachments tab on the main menu makes it easy to see the different statuses of your docs.
    • The top tab shows “Incomplete”, “All”, and “Re-uploaded” toggle options. Click into any of those headers to see docs in each status.
    • When you click on an individual document that is incomplete, you will be able to attach varies documents here, such as Bill of Lading, HAZMAT docs, and even capture a signature.

  • DVIR
    • If your use digital Driver-Vehicle Inspection Reports, you can ditch the paper and log everything right in your Envase Mobile app!
    • Select any defects, and even snap a photo right in the app.
    • Select whether you need to correct these defects immediately. Click “Save & Update” to save your report to the app.

  • Companies & Organizations
    • See all of the companies you work for (that use Envase Mobile) here!
    • Some organizations may send you a request through the app—you will see this in the “Request” tab at the top of this page. Toggle accept if you wish to have that organization show up in your account.
    • You are also able to show your availability to all, select, or none of the companies and organizations by toggling the “Show Availability” toggle on and off.

  • Settings & Configurations
    • Set up settings for your account here.
    • You have the option to turn n/off the following:
      • Push notifications
      • Face id/Touch id Sign in (to the app)
      • Location Services
      • Dark Mode
    • Click “Save & Update” whenever you make a change to your account.

  • Notifications Updates
    • Want to see all of your notifications in one place? Check out this menu item.
    • You can see the date and time of past notifications
    • Slide each notification to the left, and you will see a Delete icon appear. Click the trash can to delete notifications.

  • Personal Information
    • Fill in your contact information here. If you ever need to make changes, simply fill in the field you need to change and click “Save & Update Profile”.
