How do you enable drivers in the Envase TMS?

  • Click on Personnel from the left navigation menu
  • Select which driver you would like to enable and open their full record
    • To note, the driver's record needs to have an email address associated with their account
  • Click on More in the top right corner of their record
  • From the dropdown menu, click on Enable Envase Mobile
    • This will send a link to the driver’s email to set up a username and password for mobile access
    • You also have the ability to reset driver's passwords or deactivate accounts from the dropdown menu
  • Once the driver sets up their username and password, their account will be enabled
