How do you increase and decrease users accounts in the Envase TMS?

  • Click on Subscription Management, this can be found in the top right corner
    • From here, you can view how many TMS user accounts you currently have
  • To increase your user accounts, click on Personnel from the left navigation menu
  • Select which user you would like to add to your user account and open their full record
    • To note, the user's record needs to have an email address associated with their account
  • Click on More in the top right corner of their record
  • From the dropdown menu, click on Enable Envase TMS Login
    • This will send a link to the user's email to set up a username and password for access
  • Return to the Subscription Management section, and you'll see the TMS user account has increased
  • To decrease the number of user accounts, go back to the Personnel section
  • Select which user you would like to remove from your TMS user account and open their full record
  • Click on More in the top right corner and select Disable Envase TMS Login
    • This will decrease the number of user accounts in your TMS subscription
