How do you integrate QuickBooks Online in the Envase TMS?

  • Click on QuickBooks from the left navigation menu
  • Click on the "Connect To QBO" button
  • Enter your email and password
  • Once you've signed into your QuickBooks Online account, click on the Connect button
  • Once you've successfully integrated your QuickBooks Online account, enter the earliest transaction date or leave that field blank to pull all the transactions
  • Next, click on Add to select which local revenue items will be mapped to the QuickBooks revenue items
  • Click on the Sync tab once you've finished mapping the revenue items
  • Select which invoices will be synced by toggling the invoices on or off, then click on the Sync button
  • You've now successfully integrated your QuickBooks Online account to the Envase TMS
