How do you send a message?

• To send a message from any screen select the Messages button in the top right corner

• Click on the + button located at the bottom right of your screen to create a message and it will prompt you to select a company you wish to contact

• Once you select the company, write your message. The dispatcher will receive a notification within the TMS and respond as soon as possible 

• If you are within the load details, you can also select the Need Help? Chat Now button and follow the same process
