Envase Mobile allows drivers to upload smartphone images of various types of documentation at any point during the driver workflow.
The documents available to upload for each user will vary depending on their specific load types and app setup, but Envase Mobile can be configured to collect any of the following:
- BOL: Bill of Lading
- CHAS TIR IN: Chassis Trailer Interchange Receipt in
- CHAS TIR OUT: Chassis Trailer Interchange Receipt out
- CUSTOMS: Customers paperwork
- DAMAGES: Damage details
- EQUIPMENT PRE: Pre trip inspection
- EQUIPMENT POST: Post trip inspection
- HAZMAT: Hazmat details
- OVERWEIGHT: Permit for overweight load
- POD: Proof of Delivery
- POP: Proof of Pickup
- PRENOTE: Earliest information about a shipment
- SCALE TICKET: Ticket from weighting the truck
- TIR IN: Trailer Interchange Receipt (aka. EIR Equipment Interchange Receipt)
- TIR OUT: Trailer Interchange Receipt
