What does it mean when a stop is listed as pending?
By default, all the stops in your order are listed as pending. Anything that has not been assigned or started by the driver will stay in the pending status.
- Once the driver starts moving the pending status will change to in progress
- When the driver completes one stop, the status will change to completed
- The next stop will show as in progress
- The status of each stop is updated by the Envase Mobile app
- If the driver doesn't use the app and forgets to update something, you can manually update the status through the Envase TMS
