What does the Company View Dashboard display?

When you log into the Envase TMS, you're brought to the Company View dashboard. This dashboard displays an overview of several activities including orders, invoices, and revenue.

Let's take a closer look at what each section means:

Orders:

  • Completed = the completed orders for today
  • On Vessel = the container/load/shipment is on Vessel or in transit to the port/rail
  • On Hold = the container is marked as On Hold
  • Ready = the container release date is populated AND the order status is either UnassignedDispatched, or In Transit


Precheck: the Precheck features will be released later this year

Invoices: 

  • Sent = the status of the order was changed to Invoiced today
  • Pending = the order status is set to Completed
  • Billing on Hold = the order status is set as Billing on Hold
  • Ready = the order status is set as Approved for Billing


Settlements: 

  • Approved = the order has been Marked as Approved in the Settlements 
  • Pending = the order is set to Pending from the Settlement page
  • On Hold = the order has been set to On Hold from the Settlement page
  • Processed = the order status has been set to Approved for Billing


Weekly Dispatch View: 

  • Awaiting Pickup = the order is waiting to be picked up on the Event Appointment start date 
  • Needs Update = In an order, under the Legs section, there is no date for Appointment Start Date
  • Running Late = the planned appointment date is not posted and the current time is later than planned date


Customer Summary: 

  • The Pie Chart displays the summary of revenue and orders from the Top 5 customers.
  • Click on the 3 vertical dots to change the view from Total Revenue to Total Loads
  • You have the option to change the dates/timeframe by clicking on:
    • 1M = Current Month
    • 1W = Current Week
    • 1D = Today


Driver Summary: 

  • The Pie Chart displays the summary of the payables, completed moves, and late appointments
  • Click on the 3 vertical dots to change the view from Total Expenses (payable to driver(s), Moves Completed or Late Appointments
  • You have the option to change the dates/timeframe by clicking on:
    • 1M = Current Month
    • 1W = Current Week
    • 1D = Today


Last Free Day: 

  • Looking at an order, this checks the equipments last free return date and/or the Last Free Day Date under the container availability section.
  • When there is a number populated in this section, you can click on it to view the orders


Financial Summary: 

  • This section looks at the Net RevenueShipments and Average Margin
  • You have the option to select the Financial Summary for YesterdayToday, or Tomorrow


Weekly Orders: 

  • This section is a sum of the revenue of all the orders for the week, where their status was changed to Invoiced 


Weekly Margins: 

  • This section is a sum of the average profit of all the orders for the week, where their status was changed to Invoiced
