What does the Dispatch View Dashboard display?

After logging into the Envase TMS, users have the option in the top right-hand corner to choose between two different dashboards, Company Overview and Dispatch Overview. The Dispatch Overview is meant to provide users that dispatch their fleet an overview of important information to help easily see their containers status and drive into ones that require action.

Let's take a closer look at what each section means:

On Vessel:

  • The container/load/shipment is On Vessel/in transit to the port/rail
  • You have the option to click on the Total to view the dispatches that are On Vessel

On Hold:

  • The order is marked as On Hold
  • You have the option to click on the Total to view the dispatches that are On Hold

Ready: 

  • Container release date is populated AND Order Status is either UnassignedDispatched, or In Transit
  • With Appointment = Containers that are ready and have an appointment set on the first event of the leg. The leg and first event must still be pending
  • Without Appointment = Containers that are ready but do not currently have an appointment set on the first event of the leg. The leg and first event must still be pending


Empties In: 

  • Order Type = Import
  • Loaded/Empty Status = Empty
  • On the last leg of an Order, there must be a location with the Type set to Terminal and that leg status must be Pending
  • With Appointment = Appointment date is set on the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above
  • Without Appointment = Appointment date is not set for the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above


Empties Out: 

  • Order Type = Export
  • Loaded/Empty Status = Loaded
  • Leg Status must be pending and have an event with the type of Pickup or Hook, the Pickup or Hook must be a location with the Type set to Terminal
  • With Appointment = Appointment date is set for the event where the container is being picked up from the terminal location above
  • Without Appointment = Appointment date is not set for the event where the container is being picked up from the terminal location above


Loads into Terminal: 

  • Order Type = Export
  • Loaded/Empty Status = Loaded
  • Leg Status must be pending and have an event with the type of Deliver or Drop, the Deliver or Drop must be a location with the Type set to Terminal
  • With Appointment = Appointment date is set on the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above
  • Without Appointment = Appointment date is not set for the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above


Deliveries: 

  • Order Type = Import
  • Leg Status must be pending and have an event with the type of Deliver or Drop, the Deliver or Drop must be a location with the Type set to Terminal
  • Previous Leg Status = Completed
  • With Appointment = Appointment date is set on the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above
  • Without Appointment = Appointment date is not set for the event where the container is being brought back to the terminal location above


Demurrage LFD: 

  • The first leg that contains an event with a Pickup or Hook event = Pending
  • The Last Free Day field in the Container Availability section of an order is equal to or less than the current date. Calculation is driven based off PST


Per Diem LFD: 

  • The last leg that contains an event with a Deliver or Drop event = Pending
  • The Last Free Return Date field in the Equipment details for the container on an order is equal to or less than the current date. Calculation is driven based off PST
